Step 1. Once your item is submitted, our quality team will review it. When it meets our quality standards, we'll notify you via email about the payout. After approving your payout(s), we'll factor in our commission to determine the selling price of your items when they're showcased on our website.

In order to sell your items faster and improve their visibility to our buyers, Ela Haus will gradually reduce the selling prices using a price reduction schedule. It will be shared with your payout quotation.

Step 2. Once we receive your item(s), we authenticate and photograph them. Your item(s) then become available for sale on our platform. Please note that this process can take up to 15 days from the time of receiving the item(s). Now your item(s) are ready to be sold!
